Saturday Rastro In Jalon, Costa Blanca Spain

Jalon Valley Almond Blossom
Its beautiful day in the Costa Blanca with temperatures arround the 25º mark, blue skies and glorious sunshine.

Took a short trip to Jalon (pronounced Halon) to go to the Saturday Rastro a great place to find all sorts of interesting stuff, a lot of it junk but there are often useful items to be had at a knock down price. You can also stock up on home grown Jalon wine in the Bodega.

The journey take you through the Jalon Valley which is in full color with the almond blossom, grape vines and orange trees.

When you are done with the market there are bars and cafe's next to the market to get some food and drink and a well earned rest.

If you are out this way, take time to visit Jalon, you wont be sorry.
